Why are grow with me packages so important? You blink and your baby has changed in more ways then you realize. Grow with me packages are a timeless way to capture your ever-changing baby in their first year of life. The benefits of a grow with me package are; you have locked in pricing, pre-planned session dates and special pricing options, along with access to Heather Ann Photography’s one of a kind baby wardrobe and props.

Heather Ann Photography sessions are kept simple. This allows your baby to be the focus, and shine in their special images.

Smilers  3/4 months

Just a short few weeks after your newborn session babies seem to come alive all over again. The newborn phase is fading away, baby has started to smile, interact and find their own unique personality. Babies at this stage love to smile, and push up on elbows to show off their new found head control.

Sitters 6/7 months

This is a personal favorite of mine. At this stage baby is sitting up on their own and happy to show off! They have perfected their smile, and most will love laying on their back and playing with their feet leading to some fabulous photos. Strangers don’t bother them quite yet and they aren’t mobile, usually making a session pretty easy.

Standers 9/10 months

Here’s where things get interesting… Your baby is now semi-mobile! Standing in preparation for walking is what they love to do (some may begin creeping along furniture at this time). These sessions are so much fun to be a part of, as baby is usually on the move and wants a say on where they are during the session.

Smashers 11/12 months

This is a HUGE milestone for baby and parents! This age can be a bit more challenging to photograph. One year olds can be more afraid of strangers and clingy to parents, a bit more opinionated and able to crawl, or walk. It is definitely a bit more work at this age especially for Mom and Dad - be prepared for lots of chasing! But in the end we get photos that are a representation of your baby at this stage.

This session includes 2 sets of photos; the more traditional sets like we have been doing over the past year, and a customized birthday set. I love to work with clients to style their session and coordinate with their preferences; party theme or overall theme for baby. All decor and cake will be provided for baby’s session.
